INOTEX spol. s.r.o. is the successor organization to the Výzkumném ústavu textilního zušlechťování (Research Institute of Textile Refinement). It was founded in 1992 and in 1996 it bought the VÚTZ s.p. and continues its traditions. The company's main activities are research, development, service and technology transfer in the field of textile pre-treatment. The company specializes in dyeing, printing and other special textile treatments. The company also includes the Center for Textile Technologies and Education, which acts as a science and technology park for companies focused on the transfer of textile technologies, innovation and ecology.
