With this project, Nanoprogress joined the Employment Operational Program 2014-2020, which was also supported by the European Union via the European Social Fund.
The goal of this project was to support the education of cluster members employees in the areas of general IT, soft and managerial skills, language training, specialized IT and accounting, law and economics and others.
The goal of the project was to increase the level of employees's knowledge and skills, thus ensuring compliance of their qualifications and competences with the requirements for the work activities performed. The objectives of the project have been met.
Employees participated in the project in the form of training in the following areas:
• soft and managerial skills
• general IT
• accounting, economic and legal courses
• language courses
• internal courses
